You drive past them every day: the empty house with tall grass, the one with a tarp on the roof, a neighbor who's been talking about moving after a tough year. Send it our way. If we buy it, you get a referral fee at closing.
What makes a good lead
- Houses that look vacant: overgrown yard, piled-up mail, boarded windows
- Visible damage: roof tarps, fire or flood damage, foundation cracks
- Several broken-down vehicles or junk piling up
- Someone you know personally who needs to sell (inherited house, behind on payments, moving)
How it works
- Text or call us with the address (a photo from the street helps).
- We log it under your name and find the owner.
- If we buy the house, you're paid your referral fee at closing.
Ground rules
- Never go onto a property or contact anyone on our behalf. Just send us the address.
- The first person to send a given address gets the credit.
- Fees are paid only on houses we actually buy and close on.
